At ValahiaMiniatures, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently, both within France and internationally. We ship all orders via La Poste, ensuring a reliable and secure delivery service.

Order Processing:
All orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 7 to 10 days from the date of purchase. This period allows us to ensure that each miniature is handled with the utmost care before being handed over to La Poste for shipment.

Shipping Costs and Free Delivery:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery destination. We offer free shipping for orders over €100. For orders below this threshold, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging and Protection:
Every miniature is packaged with attention and care to protect it during transit. While we do not use special packaging materials, our careful packing process minimizes the risk of damage. La Poste provides tracking options for most shipments, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination:

• Within France: Your package will be handed over to La Poste within 7–10 days, after which standard delivery times apply.

• International deliveries: Delivery times vary by country. Please note that customs procedures may occasionally delay shipments.

Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns only if the product is in its original packaging and the miniature has not been damaged in any way. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details so we can provide instructions.
